What would it take for someone to step out of the “lime light” so to speak, start a church from the ground level, start a ministry to clothe and feed the homeless, and have all that coupled with the grace and dignity that is condusive to what we are all to be as representatives of Christ? It would take someone like my pastor, Candy Christmas for whom I am grateful. The presence of God is incredibly strong at the Resting Place, and I have been filled with the spirit long enough to know when he is breathing down on a church service. The leadership of a church “sets the stage” to usher in God’s presence or follow their own agenda. I’ve been in enough services to know the only agenda is God’s and the only thing you’ll be when you leave is glad you came. Beverly Chapman, Nashville TN
